With the advent of cloud-based VoIP telephony, on-site hardware is not always a viable option. Introducing OnQue4, our SIP-based on hold solution. Incorporating a web-based frontend for remote management of content, and backend architecture based on an Asterisk Open Source SIP server, OnQue4 is simple to implement and provides all the same benefits as traditional M2 On Hold hardware.
